To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
