Cancellation Policy

​At Bellaview Inc dba FaceMe Skin Care, we kindly ask all clients to respect our scheduling policy.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
